So when it comes to shifting current unhelpful HSP patterns, it's valuable for us to be clear about two awarenesses.
Awareness number one, we all have unhelpful HSP patterns.
It's part of the process of going from being an untrained HSP to a trained HSP.
It's part of the process of shifting from HSP shadows to HSP strengths, and it is a constant process.
Awareness number two, we want to shift them.
We want to shift our unhelpful HSP patterns, all so that we can have more peace in our minds, in our bodies, in our spirits, so that we can be more creative and more productive, make more of a difference for others, more impact and experience more of what we want, more income, and what that brings to each of us and our own individual life experiences.
So what can support with identifying current unhelpful HSP patterns?
First and foremost is exploring HSP types all to further know yourself as an HSP more deeply, more intimately in order to be able to enhance your dominant HSP strengths and identify the shadow impact on your energy.
So remember, from awareness number two, all with the intent, so that you can be more creative, more productive, and then therefore more profitable, with more ease.
So let's take a moment to further explore and identify those HSP types.

Is this you type three dynamic the dynamic HSP type three HSP's are driven by their passion and enthusiasm, channeling their energy into innovative ideas and bold initiatives.
The unhelpful shadow energy drain for type three dynamic perfectionism difficulty with prioritizing and or delegating is this you type four HSP type four intuitive the intuitive energy type four HSP's possess a deep sense of intuition, guiding them towards authenticity and meaningful connections in both personal and professional realms.
The unhelpful shadow energy drain of type four tendency towards over responsibility become easily drained and need lots of recovery time.
